Adding IoT Solutions to your Safe Sender List

Welcome to our Safe Sender List page. To ensure you receive important updates and communications from us, please follow the instructions below to add our email address to your safe sender list or whitelist.

What is a Safe Sender List?

A Safe Sender List is a list of approved email addresses or domains that you want to receive emails from without them being marked as spam or delivered to your junk or spam folder. By adding our email address to your safe sender list, you can ensure that our emails reach your inbox.

How to Add Us to Your Safe Sender List

To add our email address to your safe sender list, please follow the instructions for your email provider or client below:

Blocking of Emails by SPAM Filters and ISPs

Your email client or Internet Service Provider (ISP) might utilize filters to prevent spam emails, which could impact the delivery of emails from us. If you suspect that this is the case, please refer to the appropriate help section for your email program below or directly reach out to your ISP. They will provide guidance on how to adjust or disable the settings responsible for filtering or blocking emails. By taking these steps, you can ensure that you receive and accept correspondence from Emirates without any interruptions.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select See all settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  4. Scroll down and click on Create a new filter.

  5. In the From field, enter our email address: info@iotsolutions.com.mt

  6. Click on Create filter.

  7. Check the box that says Never send it to Spam.

  8. Click on Create filter to save the changes.

Outlook (Desktop Application)

  1. Open Outlook and click on the Home tab.

  2. In the navigation pane, click on Junk and select Junk Email Options.

  3. Go to the Safe Senders tab.

  4. Click on the Add button.

  5. Enter our email address: info@iotsolutions.com.mt.

  6. Click on OK to save the changes.

Outlook.com (Webmail)

  1. Log in to your Outlook.com account.

  2. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select View all Outlook settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Go to Mail > Junk email.

  5. Under the Safe senders and domains section, click on Add.

  6. Enter our email address: [insert your email address].

  7. Click on Save to add us to your safe sender list.

Yahoo

  1. Open the email message.

  2. Click on the ‘Action’ dropdown menu.

  3. Click on ‘Add sender to contacts’.

  4. The name and email address from email are pre‑populated in the Add Contact pop‑up.

  5. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.

  6. Click ‘Save’.
